I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and we are living our dream in Yellowstone National Park. I grew up on german-dubbed episodes of Little House, Gunsmoke, and Bonanza, as well as the adventure novels set in the old American West by German author, Karl May.
I was born and raised in Germany, but long before my family immigrated to the U.S., I was fascinated with the American West.
I used to work with a vet who had three children while going through vet school. When my husband and I decided to start a family, vet school pretty much went out the window. I guess life just had other plans for me. I never thought I'd be a writer, much less publish a book someday.
